staff was really nice and friendly. the site was very clean. if u get a change, visit the colony of town cryers called gophers across the street and go-for some amazing pictures of daisies

We chose Shield Storage because they had a large storage unit available for rent when we moved. It was very easy to reserve the unit and upon arriving in Kingman, it was easy to move into the unit. The unit is clean and free of bugs. Monthly invoices are timely in arriving. Communication with the facility is easy.

When I was researching storage companies last August, Nora made it easy. When other companies wouldn’t answer their phones let alone respond, she followed up with phone calls in a timely manner, always had a friendly tone over the phone, and was willing to go the extra mile. I wouldn’t be moving out if I hadn’t moved closer into town and found a unit at their sister facility on Empire Ave. Furthermore, the facility was always in tip top shape and now with the brand new gate keypad, it’s even better! 10/10
