Sandy and drake were rock stars today! I showed up with movers and ended up needing a new storage unit that was bigger. They were able to get me into one within minutes- which is so helpful when the movers are still on the clock! Hehe. It was a busy day at the storage facility- they had smiles on their faces and were more than willing to help and be available! 10/10!!

We always aim to leave honest and constructive reviews. Our client was fully packed and waiting with our movers, ready to move out of her unit—but unfortunately, we were unable to access the facility. Although the hours listed online state they open at 6:00 AM, it is now 7:41 AM and no one is here to assist. This type of inconvenience can be incredibly stressful, especially for clients who have scheduled labor services and made financial sacrifices to ensure a smooth move. Situations like this not only delay the process but also add unnecessary pressure to an already demanding day. We hope the facility can improve communication and access for early-morning movers and customers.

I like the facility as it’s clean and a big facility. You have to use your phone to access everything which can sometimes be difficult if you’re not in a good area around the building. A big negative about the storage unit and all the Public Storage units, is what you see online is the price for one month and then after one month they raise the rates to the original price and then after three months they raise it again so your price is constantly being raised so the facility is good for short term use but not for long-term. I’ve also have never seen a worker there out of all the times I’ve been to the unit.
