Kayla at Public Storage was very helpful! She took care of my issues with patience and grace. I recommend this Public Storage to anyone. I've been here 2 months, and I have not had any negative issues with the facility and staff. They have been helpful the whole time.

I just rented my storage space this week so I will definitely be adding an update once I have been in there for a couple of months. Michael W was fantastic when I met with him yesterday. I ordered it online but wanted to change the dates of my move-in and he was accommodating he took me to my storage unit showed me inside as well as how to use the lock and answered any questions. He was very warm and friendly so I hope for good things to continue. Thanks, Michael!

I've had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Michael K. and Michael W. From start to finish, both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the right storage unit for my needs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but what really stood out was the customer service. Michael K. and Michael W. went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedicated and personable employees these days—thank you both for making my experience such a positive one! The communication felt somewhat unprofessional at times. However, after Michael Kelley reached out to me, my experience improved significantly.
