I highly recommend this place! My mother first suggested this place and I am glad I went. One person in particular is Sherri, she is a nice and lovely lady who is very knowledgable and treats her customers with dignity and respect which is a very rare thing to see now and days.

Great Customer Service

I am in the customer service industry myself and have been for over 20 yrs. I have had the good, bad, and the ugly experiences. This one wasn't good with service it was excellent!!! I enter my info online and within just a few minutes Sherri called me to schedule an appointment. It was amazing how quick it was. I met her at the facility and she was ready to go. She has great customer service skills. She was extremely professional!! I would recommend this storage location to everyone in the Scottsdale area. Overall so far I am extremely satisfied!!

I just rented my storage space this week so I will definitely be adding an update once I have been in there for a couple of months. Michael W was fantastic when I met with him yesterday. I ordered it online but wanted to change the dates of my move-in and he was accommodating he took me to my storage unit showed me inside as well as how to use the lock and answered any questions. He was very warm and friendly so I hope for good things to continue. Thanks, Michael!

I've had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Michael K. and Michael W. From start to finish, both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the right storage unit for my needs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but what really stood out was the customer service. Michael K. and Michael W. went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedicated and personable employees these days—thank you both for making my experience such a positive one! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage—you’ll be in great hands with Michael K. and Michael W.

I want to be completely honest — when I first began renting at this Public Storage location, my initial experience with Michael W was slightly disappointing. The communication felt somewhat unprofessional at times. However, after Michael Kelley reached out to me, my experience improved significantly. He was professional, friendly, and very attentive to both my personal and business needs. I truly appreciate the way he handled things and turned the experience around.
