Stopped by there today. I needed a Unit and I needed it fast lol. Kim is such a sweetheart. Nowadays it's hard to get good or even decent customer service. But Kim was extremely helpful. She showed me multiple units so that I could get a visual as to what was best for me. The experience was awesome and I was literally in and out in about 30 minutes. The unit that I got is definitely worth the price I paid. It's big enough to fit a 1 bedroom apartment worth of stuff and the ceilings are high enough to stack things. Great experience. I feel as if my things are safe there

Manager is professional and cares about customers. Used this facility for a long time and when I last went in- it looks super clean and now has moving items for sale up in the wall. So impressed I took a pic! Totally different at facility now! Good job Cubesmart for hiring lady who actually cares about customers. I’d give it 1000 ⭐️’s if I could.

Honestly, I have had this storage unit for almost a year. And a 1/2 while battling my health issues... From the insane overcharging, the mouse problem that resulted in my children and I belongings.. The memories and the irreplaceable items hard earned money just gone.. I may have 500 something dollars worth of stuff left. Thousands of dollars of feeding into their storage units for management to never be on-site when you need them... I've had to call corporate just trying to pay my bill Numerous times.. None of my information is right in the system. Therefore i'm not able to make an online account to bathe the bill... They're supposed to be a manager living on site she's never there. Never answers the phone until of course conveniently after I call corporate.. More than two occasions. At 1 point in time, she promised to be there. On a certain day we showed up. Because that was the actual day that I had help end of course, she was not there.. Finally, corporate answers back. Because I'm demanding to speak to somebody higher at this point.... She calls me on my son's 13th birthday mind you, weeks later, then tells me to call her back within 24 hours. Because she's gonna be out for 2 weeks. She was extremely rude especially after everything i've been you're with their storage unit.. I will be posting this as many places as I possibly can. This storage unit is not worth it, especially if you value your belongings and memories.. Renee ayala

I booked and paid for a unit on-line today. It was incredibly easy and had access immediately. I even got a follow-up call this afternoon. The lady, Linda, wanted to make sure everything went well with gate access and let me know about the app features. Great experience!
