I had a great experience visiting this storage facility. Alex attended to us very nicely and was extremely helpful and professional throughout. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I checked, and the facility itself is very clean and well maintained. A big plus is that they even have a meeting room available free of cost for tenants, which is such a thoughtful and useful feature. Overall, a very positive experience — highly recommend!

Ben was super helpful and quick getting us set up with a storage unit. Great prices and top notch security. The vibes inside the office are super relaxing too and they have a Starbucks coffee machine that makes a great latte.

Once Again Posting due to the owner having my post deleted! BEWARE! Modern Storage has water leaks and over 90% of my families belongings were ruined! The leaseholder is my father however they are my belongings and the payments come from my account. Almost $100 for a 5x10 unit and $135 for a larger unit. Do these pictures look like their units are climate controlled? Also, their management was VERY rude and nasty to us. Again, the owner had my previous review deleted however I will continue to repost because LOOK at what their water leaks did to my belongings and they REFUSE to do anything. They just want to hide it so they had the post deleted although it is a VALID post.EDIT- response to owner- Yes the leaseholder is my father who has reached out as you are aware, and your management rudely told him to read the fine print and that we have to resolve it with our own insurance so please don’t respond like you all are ACTUALLY going to do ANYTHING.
