Upon arriving, first we had issues getting in the gate, then we called the number on the gate and were unable to get the number to even ring through to someone. We called a friend who also has a unit at that location that recommended this storage facility to us. He helped us through the gate. Then upon finding our storage unit, our paper work gave us a combination to a "red lock" ...this turned out to be someone's unit that was "locked out" and the unit was full of mounds of clothing all over the floor that belonged to someone else. We are in the process of moving and closing on our house and needed to be in this unit 2 days ago. We have emailed and called the number on the gate repeatedly and can not get anyone to respond to us. This situation is totally unacceptable and we want a refund immediately! Please contact us ASAP!
