Said it was the last management company's problem. 1 year of paying 250 a month just to have to throw half my stuff away
Wendy JonesThey are impossible to contact. I have tried diligently for days to contact them to update personal information. I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and left several messages. I couldn’t update online because they would not send an email regarding updating information.
Stacie ShuffieldGarbage place, horrible customer service, they dont answer the phone better off storing your things in a ditch. At least then the maintenance man bill wouldn't have a chance to steal from you.
Ronnie AckermanJust rented my temp controlled storage unit yesterday 7/19/25. First problem was later that afternoon I went to checkout the unit after renting it and couldn’t get in the gate. Called and complained they said someone would reach out immediately but no one bothered to. Second problem was the next day I tried again this time I got in but couldn’t get out. The gate had me locked inside for almost an hour in the 100 degree heat outside. Called and once again they said they would get the owner to call me to get me out I waited owner never called me I ended up having to call 911 and had to wait on the police to come let me out and still haven’t heard from the owner. I’d think twice before coming here to rent anything!! So far horrible experience. Should of went to MODERN STORAGE on higdon ferry rd.. I haven’t even opened the storage shed trans will be cancelling my rental Monday.
