He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions while helping us find exactly what we needed. The facility was clean, well-organized, and felt very secure. Highly recommend Just Storage in Antelope!

We had such a great experience with this storage facility. The facility itself was amazing and extremely clean. Our helper, Randy, truly went above and beyond. He was very patient and took the time to show us three different storage lockers so we could figure out which one would work best for our needs. He never rushed us and made the whole process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for a clean facility and excellent customer service.

Where do I begin? From the first moment I walked in the door at the Antelope location (on Watt Ave), Dana greeted me warmly and friendly; I told him I was looking for a storage unit, although I wasn't ready to rent yet, if I liked it, I would return soon. Dana's personality is beyond "good customer service", he's naturally patient and helpful. We discussed my options and he showed me a few units that were available. Then, I met Randy, he and Dana work together as a team to serve customer needs. At first I primarily worked with Dana when I was ready to move in my belongings; I'm glad since moving in, I've had the pleasant opportunity to speak with and interact with Randy, too. What I like about them both is they work together very well to ensure the Just Storage (Antelope) facility is up to par. In fact, the facility is always clean and what's supposed to work, works! Like keypads, bathrooms, automatic lighting; and whenever a customer walks in both Dana and Randy are welcoming, knowledgeable, HONEST, and ready to serve. It's a bit of a drive for me to get to the Antelope Location; but, it's worth it! And, I'm glad Just Storage (Antelope) is the storage facility I chose! They're pricing is competitively better than other storage facilities I've used in the past, and I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for! The best part is at Just Storage, comparatively speaking, I don't have to pay so much! I highly recommend Just Storage and my favorite location, thus far, is the Antelope (Watt Ave) Location! Primarily because of Dana and Randy! 😊👋🏼

I needed a storage space immediately and was able to get ahold of someone suprisingly fast. He walked me through everything very patiently and professionally. Thank you Jessie! When I arrived at the facility, I felt welcomed and was given a full tour even though the office was closing. The units are clean and cared for. I definitely feel safe having my things there so far.

I recently closed my account with Just Storage only because I moved and finally have space for my things — otherwise, I would have happily stayed. This facility is clean, climate-controlled, and very reasonably priced. I always felt confident that my belongings were safe thanks to their extensive security measures.
