We are very happy with TownCentre Self Storage. The storage areas, both inside and out, are always clean. We say no indication of rodents or bugs. The office staff is efficient and easy to work with. Although we no longer have a need for a storage unit, we would go back to TownCentre if needed.

Very nice property, plenty of space even if you got yourself a bigger truck. The lift was extremely useful, especially for my bigger things like some Lazy-Boys, dressers, a bed frame, my bikes. The staff was also very helpful and professional in answering all my questions prior to renting a unit. The two gals Stephanie and Jasmine are both very knowledgeable and personable when I visit the property, they definitely make me feel comfortable and welcome whenever I have to stop by! I'm not sure who's doing the hiring over there, but keep it up! The price for the units are very reasonable and affordable, which is what drew me in to the facility in the first place. The customer service is on point and I've already recommended this storage facility to some of my family and friends, as I'd recommend this facility in a heartbeat, which says a lot considering I've had storage units for over the past 8+ years.
