I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. Dana assisted me during an unfortunate situation when I was locked out of my own unit and on a serious time crunch. Despite the unexpected stress, she remained calm, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was very informative, had a great attitude, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The facility itself feels very safe and secure, and the staff are always approachable. I’m very grateful for Dana’s help — thank you again!

My experience was short here but it was a great experience. My favorite was Dana she was really nice and considerate. Helping me and my family through our stay here . I really recommend storing your items here it’s clean safe and the staff are really friendly.

Had a 7 month storage at Extra Space in Wilmington. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and secure. Their system and hours made it easy to access my unit. They keep carts available so you can easily move items in or out. Overall, I was able to feel confident storing my belongings there.

Stopped by yesterday to get an idea of the storage sizes and pricing. The lady in the front (Dana) said to just have a look at some of the vacant units in the property to see which one would suit me best. Got a quick tour of the facility and was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. Once I'm done moving, I'm gonna end up storing some of my excess stuff here.

Steven and Dana were so kind and helpful, Steven gave my boyfriend and I a very informative tour and was so friendly, the space is a great size at a fair price, I highly recommended this place.
