The staff has been incredibly helpful and flexible, especially when it came to working with me on my lease and understanding the demands of military life. I’m so happy that we chose Prime Storage! These guys are awesome, and are so professional! Jesse and his coworkers were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The process to rent was efficient, quick and the price was very competitive. My unit was near to the front, but the layout of the buildings and the access points are so well designed, I would expect to have easy access no matter where my unit is! Great security and very well lit for after dark use. I feel completely comfortable with having chosen Prime Storage on Trousdale in Chula Visa. I needed a small storage unit on the ground floor, and Ivan and Jesse made the experience smooth from start to finish. They took the time to drive me to the unit, show me the inside, and make sure I felt comfortable with everything. Their customer service definitely went above and beyond what I expected.

I hate this place. The rats messed some of my stuff up. They said that they were going to reimburse me and they never did. They didn’t allow me to throw away my stuff that the rats damaged in their dumpster. I would never ever recommend this place to my family or friends. And they love raising the rent really fast. But yet they’re not willing to help you out. Only at the end. This nice employee that his name was Ivan.

Had a great experience working with Ivan under difficult circumstances. A family member who had rented a pair of units passed away suddenly and it became my responsibility to take stewardship of them. Ivan helped me get the payment details squared away, then assisted in my efforts to clear the units and terminate the rental agreement at the appropriate date. Without his understanding of the difficult situation I was in and his willingness to assist in every way possible, it wouldn't have gone so smoothly. Thanks Ivan!!
