I’m happy to leave this review for Ariana. Our stuff has been here for years. Pricing is what you would expect for storage. Never had any issues. She has been a pleasure to interact with. She goes out of her way to help and it’s noticeable. Always making sure the place is clean and safe. I would recommend. Ask for Ariana.

My experience with ExtraSpace Storage in La Puente ( 17925 Valley Blvd) was excellent. The site manager, Ariana, was highly competent, friendly, very helpful, communicated very clearly, and made the experience most pleasant and easy. Ariana was very responsive and followed up very timely. This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I had a lot of questions, and she answered them all clearly, providing me confidence in her service and the decisions I was making. Thank you, Ariana!

ExtraSpace Storage in the City of Industry deserves real credit. My father passed away and the team went out of their way to support me during a rough season. John was patient and respectful. Ariana, the manager, showed genuine understanding. They treated me like a person, not a customer number. No one is their staff here was any different the level of service is from the top down. Whoever is in charge here exemplifies service in care to a level that all people here carry the very same attitude and care. I am impressed . You get more than storage here. You get people who look out for you and protect your belongings with real care. I have never stored anywhere that matched this level of honesty and compassion. If you want a place where your things and your peace of mind are taken seriously, this is the place. I would not store with anyone else.

Overall a great place to come & rent a storage unit where you’ll always be helped when needed.

I stored my RV here for about six months and had an excellent experience. Ariana was very helpful and accommodating. The only reason I am leaving is bc I’d like my motorhome stored closer to where I live. If you’re looking for a reliable place with great customer service, I’d highly recommend this location.
