I had a space at the Concord location on Monument Blvd for over a year. It was clean and nice that they had hand trolleys available. Deborah in the office there was the best and available when I had issues. I appreciated her quick response, especially when my rent went up and she worked it out for me. Thanks Deborah!

Mike was so friendly and his customer service was excellent. I was in and out with a problem. The cleanliness of the storage is through the roof and the price for the space is better than what I was paying for in the city. Thank you Mike and keep up the good work.

I have had a unit here for a little over a year now. At first I was pleased with the space, the staff was very helpful and no issues. Fast forward to two months ago. I had a rat infestation in my unit, they decided my couch and some other household items were a perfect place to nest. I have had to throw away thousands of dollars of stuff, I've asked to get help and no one has reached out. I would be cautious about renting one of the outdoor units. On top of that out of the blue the price has continued to increase. Ive gone up $200+ per month in a year. Ruin customers items and charge them more....
