We had such a great experience at Storelocal in Concord. When we downsized our home, we needed a storage unit for several items. Later, after selling many of our belongings, we realized we needed a smaller unit, and that’s when Michele truly went above and beyond. Michele, the manager, made the entire transition incredibly easy. She accommodated us in no time and even moved us to an adjacent unit directly in front of our current one. That thoughtful detail made the move an absolute breeze. We were able to transfer everything at our own pace, without needing extra help or hiring movers. The facility itself is excellent, clean, well organized, and equipped with the latest technology to access units and open doors. And such a nice touch: they even offer fresh coffee, which honestly makes moving day feel a little less stressful and a lot more welcoming. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, modern, and customer-centered place to store their belongings. Thank you Michele! Your service truly exceeded our expectations.

Chris was wonderful, courteous, and explained details of lease agreement. He took me to my unit and went through app for security. I was broken into my last unit twice and don't think that will be an issue here! Definitely recommend to all.😊
