All of my questions were answered clearly, quickly, and efficiently. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this location.

Recently switched storage units and just moved into two units at extra space storage and we are very happy with the customer service that was provided from Melissa! She was very welcoming and friendly, answered all our questions and made the transition of storage facilities very smooth. Happy to be a tenant here! Melissa rocks!

They were very nice. I need a small storage asap and I was sitting in traffic with no way of making it on time. So I decided to call and was able to set everything up with no problem. When I got to the storage place I had my gate code and was able to find my storage with no problem

After moving out of my apartment, I needed extra space to keep my things and this was the perfect place! VERY affordable, very convenient, the app overall too is so easy to access, Bluetooth convenience, and the best part, the customer service at the front desk! I didn’t get their names but they were great! Showed me how to use the app, the unit, the lock. Such a great experience here

Part 1:As always rent is raised ever so often 3 to 6 months. Whether you being with a promotional rates or not. Unfortunately when I took out my items a lot were damaged from some sort of.liquid. atleast the ones that were not in plastic containers. 2 media storages were also damaged. Terrible way to lose valuables. Part2: I wish I could reach out but no thanks. The damage was done.
