She gave me a few suggestions & moving tips & truly went above & beyond what I've experienced with the same old customer service. Starting with the setting up the phone call initially then Leslie had called me up to confirm asked me if I had any questions and since this is contact with she asked me if I liked to meet and I go over any questions or concerns I may have or we can just talk about it on the phone. Why decide to meet with Miss Leslie because I want to know who's watching over my stuff. So less than I set up appointment for Sunday today at 3:00 p.m. and she was here waiting for me 3:00 p.m. Sharp she showed me by the facility she gave me option she showed me at three units explained the pros and cons as far as not so much cons but just things to look out for in a good way. Unless it was very professional and I appreciate that she wanted everything detail for detail again that's professionalism and she gave me options which I love options are a wonderful thing. So yes my overall experience with public storage and Leslie was A1 thank you Leslie
