I used to previously store at a different location with Storquest in the past and now found myself back at another location. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I made and paid for my unit reservation all online prior to visiting and Maria the store manager here was extremely helpful and showed me exactly where my unit was and answered all my questions. Not to mention unit pricing/deals fit my budget.

Access hours are not good from 8am - 6pm. I use it for work tools so I need to leave late of get off early to make it to storage. Other than that this new facility is beautiful, AC is always on, and lighting is located right in every unit. I was their second customer when they opened so I had all units to choose from I got what I believe is the best unit they got, I wanted an outside unit but ended getting an inside unit but so close to the door it feels like an outside unit with AC 😎 the guy running the place Mike is so nice and welcoming not what you would expect from a storage staff, he welcomes me every time like I’m coming into a resort or luxury hotel.

StorQuest right across the street finally opened and I was able to literally get in on the ground floor today. Got a 10x10 climate controlled unit with a great deal including my 1st month free! Okay, it wasn’t really free, but it was only $1 plus these move in costs: A one time admin fee of $29, a cylinder lock for $21.64, and required monthly insurance of $16, total: $67.64. Mike was pretty new at StorQuest but was very helpful and professional, friendly and personable.
