I had a great experience with Angel at Extra Space Storage. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly — pricing, policies, access, and any questions I had — and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to get service that thorough and genuine. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend working with him if you need storage!
I've been a customer at this ExtraSpace Storage location for a while and recently needed to add a third unit. The Assistant Store Manager, Cesi, made the entire process seamless — she was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my account and fees were properly organized. Beyond the outstanding customer service, the facility itself is consistently well-maintained and exceptionally clean. Access is easy and stress-free, with dedicated parking that makes loading and unloading a breeze. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, well-managed storage.
Serious security concerns, poor response, and unacceptable rate hikes.
I rented a unit at this Extra Space location for $85/month. It’s now ballooned to $217/month, and despite the price hike, the facility offers zero peace of mind. My unit was broken into, the thieves cut through the chicken wire ceiling, popped off my lock, and went through all of my belongings, selectively stealing several items while leaving others behind.
When I reported that my lock wasn’t working, the manager suspiciously already seemed to know exactly how it happened, including how the wiring was cut and the lock was removed. Instead of expressing urgency or concern, I was told there was “nothing he could do” unless I contacted a district manager. He offered no credit, no compensation, no apology—just told me to move my stuff to a different unit (as if that guarantees anything).
Even worse, I’ve witnessed homeless individuals living out of units, and hallways that reek of human activity, not storage use. When I asked about this, the manager admitted they were aware of how people break in through the ceilings, yet no cameras are positioned to monitor the exposed wire areas where the break-ins occur. So they know how it’s happening, and still choose not to prevent it?
They advertise “security” and “peace of mind,” but that’s completely false. This place is shady, lacks basic protections, and seems more interested in raising rent than protecting customers.
This isn’t just mismanagement, it feels negligent, possibly complicit.
Avoid this place. You’re paying premium rates for a security system that doesn’t work, staff that offer no real help, and a facility that enables theft more than it prevents it.
On top of that, I’m in the military, imagine coming home to find that you’ve been violated while serving your nation. What a great feeling. Extra Space management you should do better!

Thanks for giving me a number to the local manager who I’ve already talked to and said he could only move me to a new unit. Given I have back conditions to prevent me from lifting heavy I would have to hire movers to move me to a new unit which is another $500 and there’s no compensation or lowered rents to make up for the security breaches and lapses in monitoring. Thanks for nothing. Have corporate call me or someone with power if you really want to help me.
The female that helped us was very informative an very professional. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. I feel bad cause I forgot her name. Angel is the manager there so he'll know!!! She told us about the unit an was kind. The storage is clean an climate control.
The absolute worst storage experience. The place is not maintained properly and we were extremely impacted when the building flooded 3 days after our move in. It was unacceptable and they only send a general email out saying we might be affected. Well, we were and inches of water was inside our unit. They didn’t let us touch a thing and made us wait days until they had availability to move us to another unit. The movers were beyond unprofessional and damaged more things (all of our stuff was packed so well and they just threw things around and scratched up our expensive stuff). It took weeks and weeks for our inventory and later we realized they stole expensive stuff from us like a fancy coffee maker! After all we went through, this was horrific. The pregnant female manager gave us nothing but attitude and shouldn’t be in charge. They should have been more accommodating and accountable. All they said was contact your renters insurance. It’s still their responsibility to maintain a clean and proper building and should be shut down for their inability. I’m still shocked more people didn’t review after that.
Do not rent here or store your valuables if you care about them!
