If you stop by and meet James, you’ll immediately understand why, he’s genuinely committed to making sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of. The team is incredibly accommodating and truly makes you feel like your needs matter. I had several storage options to choose from, and I’m grateful I went with this one. I’m sure other locations are solid, but the customer service and attention to detail here are on another level. This was one of the easiest storage experiences by far that I’ve ever had. When I first came in to see units, I noticed that price is online were different than on premise, but staff assured me that I will get the price that I saw online which they did. The unit was clean. The facility was clean. There was always carts available for use, which was great. I had no issues moving my items in or out of the unit or accessing unit at any time. I will highly recommend anyone looking to get a storage unit. Come on check out extra space here 9800 Dino Dr. especially the new building which was climate controlled. I had a 10 x 25 unit ground floor.
