This place is very poorly managed by ownership had numerous problems here with break-ins of everybody’s unit contacted CubeSmart directly over six times and never got a response back from any management. If you’re looking for a storage unit, don’t ever go to this place not less you don’t care about losing your items. Gate for security was broken and stuck open for four months given everybody a free-for-all side gate to get into the yard stays unlocked thieves are cutting holes through the side of the building and going through each unit. I came in one day and they almost emptied my complete unit. Here are some photos and still not one. Customer service from CubeSmart ever contacted me.

Colleen (store manager) is great but CubeSmart is not. Please look elsewhere. I started renting unit in September for $140. Then a rent hike - it went to $180. Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to get an answer from upper management about rent hike was a nightmare. Please read fine print of contract before renting here. But I suggest you rent elsewhere.

A top-notch experience from start to finish! I can't say enough good things about CubeSmart Self Storage in Fairfield. From the moment I first inquired about a unit, the Manager was incredibly helpful and professional. The process of renting the unit was quick and easy, and the facility itself is impeccably maintained. I felt completely secure leaving my belongings here. It's clear they take pride in their facility and genuinely care about their customers' belongings. A special shout-out to the Manager, Colleen,, who was particularly friendly and made the move-in process so smooth. I highly Recommend CubeSmart in Fairfield to anyone in need of a clean, secure, and hassle-free storage solution.

do not store your property here at all. you will get robbed. gate half of the time broken. manager (colleen)is sketchy . got robbed 2x. my fault. 2nd theft deff she had sowmthing to do with it. stories made no sense and how odd that the same color blade that was used to cut the old lock was the same color and type she used to cut the new one that she "mailed" 30 days ago thru certified mail that we haven't received.
