Madie is the backbone of Storage Mart! I’ve been out of the country these past few months, and unfortunately ran into some issues with payment while traveling (couldn’t access the payment portal in Asia), but she went the extra mile and helped me out, which meant a lot. She and another guy I talked to on the phone (named Jose I think?) were also great at answering my questions. In my experience, this place was worth it just for the service.

The manager Madie has very good customer service. I needed a simple box and she reopened her office at closing time to help me out. I appreciate people like that. Some people will not go above and beyond for you .

I had a wonderful experience with StorageMart! I never had any problems during my time renting a unit. The grounds were always clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure. I especially want to highlight the excellent service I received from Madie. She was incredibly polite, kind, and informative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and customer care really stood out. This place has a heart. Especially Madi, one of the managers. Excellent customer service and fair pricing. The facility is kept nice, clean and safe! I highly recommend them for your storage needs.
