So far the Best storage experience I've had & I've had plenty! Let's be honest, storage isn't something you'd do, if you didn't really need to, so, it can be miserable but as far as the industry goes, this facility is top notch. Smooth initial process with honest disclosure up front on what to expect. What I didn't expect was the cleanliness, not typically found in this environment. That rare combination is greatly due to the on-site Manager, Helena! Her authenticity and friendly, positive communication approach feels refreshing, like she genuinely cares about not only doing the company job but also the customer. It has been an easy experience giving Extra Space Storage a call, get the space I’m looking for, signing the agreement and getting access to the storage unit. Quick, seamless and pain free. Good customer service and I like how they have someone on-property to tend to the property. Helena has been amazing and her cheerful nature is an addition to Extra Space Storage. I would recommend.

The facility itself is very expensive for what it is HOWEVER, the staff is so awesome. Heleena goes above and beyond and does it with a smile. Every time I’ve interacted with her she’s been nothing but pleasant and positive. Thank you for your help! 12/10 for the staff! The missing star is strictly due to the pricing but I know the employees can’t control that.

We had a great experience on move in day with the staff in the office. When we arrived at our unit - there was no lock on the door (which was to be included). The staff immediately gave us a lock. We then realized that the door was crooked - and we couldn't close/lock the door. The staff sent someone out to adjust the door/locking mechanism so that we could quickly be on our way. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
