That was easy and a seamless process! Went online, reserved and rented a space. Downloaded the app. I showed up at storage, use the digital app to get in. Opened unit and a welcome card was there If there are any issues they are readily available to help. Abbie is amazing. 😉😁

I used this place to help ease the burden of a move. I can say without reservation that hands down this is the best storage rental I have ever had the pleasure to use. David the in-house manager has been professional and caring. He takes pride in keeping the storage facility in excellent condition. The place is impeccable. David has gone out of his way to be helpful. I have run into him multiple times when I was moving items. He was usually doing a round of the facility or cleaning multiple units every time I came to drop off items. He always found time to stop by and check in to see if I needed any help. David's customer service and work ethic are outstanding. One can see the evidence when pulling in to the facility. Clean and in excellent order. David has made the extra space storage experience a memorable one. I will miss my interactions with him as well as my use of the facility. He taken storage rental to the next level. I looked forward to every time I used facility. It is the simple pleasures in customer service that leaves the customer happy with their decision. David accomplished this task with tact and decorum. I believe David is an asset to the Folsom facility and company. I highly recommend this facility for storage rental. It is hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with storage rental. Thank you David and Folsom Extra Space Storage! 5/5 stars!!!!!

Abbie has been awesome. When I first called asking questions about needing a unit and pricing, she explained this very thoroughly. She didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her like places do nowadays. When I finally went into the office to see the unit first, she took time to show me the unit to make sure I knew it was going to be the right size. She also helped me visualize the items in the unit which helped tremendously. Definitely going to recommend to my family and friends.
