The manager at this Prime Storage location is absolutely outstanding! I’ve dealt with many storage facilities over the years, and I can honestly say he’s the best manager I’ve ever encountered. His professionalism and reliability are unmatched. He sets the standard for what customer service should be. This guy truly knows how to run a business and take care of his customers. I highly recommend this facility so if you’re looking for storage in the area, this is the place to go. The management alone makes it worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely Disappointing Experience, Completely Closed Despite Posted Hours! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Prime Storage this past Saturday. According to both the sign on their door and their company website, the office was supposed to open at 10 AM. I arrived early at 9 AM because I knew my movers would be arriving around 10:30, and I wanted to make sure everything was ready. The office never opened. My movers, who charge by the hour, arrived at 10:30 and were stuck sitting outside the locked gate with no way to access the facility. There was no one in the office, no one in sight, and no communication whatsoever about the closure. We waited, hoping someone would show up, but by 1 PM the office was still completely closed with no staff present. This was extremely inconvenient and costly. I was paying movers by the hour to sit and wait because the facility didn’t honor their posted business hours. If you’re going to be closed, at least update your signage and website, or provide some kind of notice to customers who are relying on access during your stated operating hours. Very disappointed with this level of service and the lack of basic communication.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My family hit some rough times recently and we fell behind on the payments of our storage. Kristina was able to get us a better rate and has been so patient, kind and understanding. I’m so grateful to her and Prime Storage for allowing us to get on our feet and not lose our things. I highly recommend them, the storage spaces are ample, their hours are great and it’s always clean.

Kristina was amazing, helpful and friendly. Recently moved to the area, and it could not have been easier to finalize a unit and get all of my things in- on top of that they let me borrow a furniture dolly and a couple of tools to finish up getting some furniture in my unit. If you’re looking for storage units in the area, this is the way to go.

My wife was little iffy about getting a storage we looked around and decided to go with Kristina over at prime storage she is dedicated to her job i dont often give reviews however her dedication is something that can't be overlooked. If she were my employee I'd definitely see a promotion in her future. Grate job prime storage.
