I happened to pop into StorQuest last minute today. I met Dana who was absolutely delightful🌸. She helped me navigate the contract, walked me to my storage space and kindly assisted me getting into my new unit with the cylinder locks. Several years ago, unfortunately, precious belongings I was storing were stolen out of a storage unit. The unique safety design feature StorQuest offers are cylinder locks not padlocks. Dana said, "There is no way you can easily break into these units without making a whole lot of noise" I also received the $1/first month offer on my unit size. However, not all units have this offer.

A lot of problems with this company, and specific location. For one, the price increases are frequent and outrageous. You'll likely pay double what you signed on for within a year or less. Second, the access itself is misadvertised and misleading as well as illogical. This facility is far from 24/7 access, despite paying rent as if it is. Why we can't enter a gated locked facility to enter our unit at all hours is beyond me, but at least update the access to something more reasonable than 6am to 9pm! Even my gym has better hours than that. Finally, you have to enter a code AGAIN just to exit the parking lot you entered a code to enter, which makes zero sense. Just use a motion-activated sensor to let folks exit without entering a code, since it's obvious they had one if they got in to begin with...all around stupid procedures at this facility which make the whole process frustrating. All just to access your belongings with the absurd rent you pay for!
