Kelly NobbeWow! There are no words with how impressed I am with this amazing company and that starts with my call to Steve this morning! He walked me through the entire process and even helped me figure out which unit would be the most beneficial for me! He was so patient and kind! Upon arrival I had a warm greeting and he went above and beyond to help me in so many ways- from changing my gate access code, to providing me with a lock (even holding onto an extra key for me for safe keeping), showing me everything on the display computer on the counter, then leading me to my unit and opening it up for me and making sure I was happy! The conversation and interaction after that I will forever cherish as well! He even made sure I was ok and everything was explained about leaving and the gate after I was done unloading! He truly cares about what he was doing but more so I can tell he truly cares about each person that has a unit here! He knows everyone’s names even and opens the gate for people while he’s working! Customer service at its finest and it’s rare to find good people like Steve! He made my day! So blessed! I wish I could give 7 stars! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for all storage needs to everyone!

Jamie KolarHappy we choose this location, it was a little farther from our home than other locations, but the option to get a small sized unit with drive up capability was worth it. They were very responsive answering questions over the phone and made it easy to pick out a unit and get set up.
