My wife and I and are extremely happy with the customer service over to the calling center always answering our questions, and even more with the kind of service that Arie has provided us in person, every since she started working over at the Lake Elsinore location, she has always been so kind and helpful in all matters, she has always been such a great amazing employee, very professional and her persona just makes this location above 5 stars. Very valuable employee!

Ariadna was very kind and helpful! She walked us out to a couple different units and showed us the best space for our budget and all the items we had to store! Ari made the move in process super easy and fast! We got a new unit and move our stuff in so fast! Extra space has nothing compared to these workers! :)

I had an excellent experience at Prime Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access — but what really made the difference was the customer service. Delia is absolutely amazing! She is welcoming, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. She took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the process, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. If you need storage, I highly recommend choosing Prime Storage and asking for Delia. She’s the best! 🙌

No stars for this storage facilty. They were very bad and rude since day one. 1st there gate to enter the facility was broke for like 2-3 months. So it was completetly opened. 2nd . Then they got it closed and coulnt opene it. I couldnt pull out my trailer twice becuase of this. 3rd I called then numerous times with no answer . all i got was we are trying all we can tell you. Call corporate if you want more info. Left numerous messages with no calls back. 4th some one malisciously cut my solar panel wires not once but twice. SO it cost me 2 new solar panels. also had to bye two new batteeries becuase they complety died when the panels were cut. And a AAA call to come and help me get the trailer up so i could tow it out . After i complied about the first time the emplyee insode told me thats why i have insurance to call them so they can take care of it. Very rude. I also called corporate again talked to a lady there and told her the situation and was suppose to get a call back from some one higher up with no call back again. the last time i walked into the office to complain there was no one in there. went back about an hour or so later still noo one. SO i guess they run there facilty with a Kiost. SO there you go.

I had such a great experience here! Ari amazing — very professional, friendly, and informative. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process super easy. The storage units are spotless and well-maintained, and the facility is very convenient to get in and out of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how clean and organized everything is. Highly recommend!
