Extremely unsatisfied. Had to pay nearly $300 as rent as a penalty for a 1-day misunderstanding of the move-out date. Rent constantly increased once you move in: I say my rent increase from $178 to $276 across a two year period. Unable to speak to a human onsite on a weekday at 2 PM; forced to interact with a digital kiosk.

Dolly, is a wonderful property manager! She is very vigilant and keeps the whole property including the bathroom 💯% clean!!! Definitely recommend storing your things here, worth every dollar spent!!!

I've never had a storage before but THANK GOD you have Miss Dolly working at your facility!!! I walked in the office and everything was ready ( I mean all the paperwork which I was happy happy about) we had a chat she explained everything and we went out to the yard.... She showed me my unit and gave me my lock and wished me good luck.... I'll have to say that this complex is always kept neat tidy and clean...Miss Dolly is always courteous and helpful with any questions I may have or helpful also with any billing help I may need in the office! I just love her cheerful attitude, it makes my day better that's for sure!!! Thank you Public Storage for making storage not such a horrible process and thank you Dolly for making the process painless!!!!

Great Manager! She was a big help! Storage area is clean. Gate hours worked for me. 6 a.m to 9 pm. I came back to get boxes and moving blankets for our move! Dolly was amazing she was prepared for everything we needed. Great Manager! Thanks for all your help

This property is very clean and affordable. The staff is attentive, very friendly with excellent customer service skill. Dolly is especially Awesome!! You can always depend on Dolly to remind you to pay your storage bill in a timely manner which, I totally appreciated.The reminder helped Me avoid extra fees. I will always remember when I need storage this location would be my go to location!! Dolly keep that World Class Customer Service etiquette!!
