He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and all my questions and concerns. Hary was also very helpful. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs. Good location and clean buildings with good units.

Very professional, clean, and secure storage facility. My family has been renting a unit here for almost two years and we’ve never had any issues with the staff or with other renters. The property is always quiet & well kept, and are carts available every time we’ve needed them. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed help the staff has been quick and friendly. Desi, Valerie, and Diego are a few names of the staff that stand out, there were a couple of other ladies we’ve interacted with as well and everyone has been great. We recently upgraded to a larger unit and they made the move-out and transfer process incredibly easy. I’ve also seen Desi several times while he’s out cleaning and doing his rounds and he always takes a moment to say hello and check in. We really appreciate the kindness! Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience here and feel confident keeping our belongings at this location.

My company rents a unit here and I’m in charge of it and use it frequently. This extra space storage location goes out of their way to be accommodating and helpful to me. I know for a fact there are certain favors/above and beyond situations they make happen just out of kindness. It’s a very clean and safe facility. I’ve rented here over 3 years with no issues whatsoever. We even get pallets delivered to our unit and they will meet the driver outside and let him into our unit so I don’t have to be on site. I just recently rented out a second space at this location and would recommend this site if you’re in the area.

I called before heading here and the lady on the phone was very helpful, sending me information via email. I went to look at the unit and Diego was extremely helpful onsite as well! We got everything set up and ready for me to move things in the next day (the day of was also possible). Overall very satisfied with this location!

Customer service is a hit or miss the store manager Valerie has a fake nice nasty attitude. If you have a dislike for your job get another one. Move out date coming soon not satisfied with this location anymore.
