Very unfortunate, I've been a customer for about a year. They have new “management” Terrible customer experience, he said his name is Gabriel. Not sure if thats true. Today, I was approached and harassed for charging my dead phone for 10 mins. While i was in my unit withdrawing a few items. He was very rude, and disrespectful. i felt targeted and now i dont feel safe having my belongings in there. I dont trust the new management. Its very uncomfortable.
