Anya5I did not know this, but we made a mistake of securing a parking space for a car instead of a storage space online... When we arrived to the site we were told that we booked the wrong kind of space.. Naturally we were pretty upset considering they charge a $10 fee 4 a mistake like that & we thought we had no space now. We worked with Brandon Lopez who was super helpful to us.. I had a bad day that day & nothing was going right & this was just a cherry on top... I said to him im ready to cry & I'm beyond stressed, considering that we r about to move & we r trying to make it easier on ourselves by getting storage space or so we thought we had one... Brandon reversed the fee, got us the storage space instead of car space that we were happy with for just $10 more... Keep in mind regular storage is more money than parking one 4 a car. We got an 8' by 10' space and very satisfied. Thank you Brandon 4 making our lives easier, we really appreciate it!
