I really don’t know where to begin, my thoughts on the first day of packing and getting ready to move. And now writing this. As everyone knows, moving can be stressful. Extra space storage, came in clutch! Not only was the process of signing up online easy, but the team there, Markee, and Rae were absolutely awesome. They communicated clearly everything I needed to know, but as well explained the entire set up. From getting the app, accessing the premises and unit. The place always remained clean, well lit and safe. I had no issues what so ever. On my last day, Rae and Markee thanked me and wish me well. Tell me, why do I feel like I’m gonna miss them! They absolutely Rock!

Spoke with a gentleman named Kim over the phone today. He was friendly and attentive, he answered every question I had in a timely manner and was super pleasant to speak with. I really enjoy the customer service Extra Storage Space gives!

I have stored at this location for some time and over time I got to say that Extra Space Storage definitely has stepped up to improve customer service, by far it has come a long way; 100%! I wanted to thank the managers (Ms. Markee and Mr. Kym) and the rest of the staff as well, for taking good care of me while storing there for years and also on my move out, they are amazing!
