Today i started my contract and moved in. Troy and Janice helped me get everything set up. They were super helpful and sweet to me! Customer service is really underrated these days but their kindness made such a difference in this process! This morning Janice called me to follow up since I started the process online. When I arrived Troy showed me the 5x5 unit to make sure I was happy with the size and it was perfect for my needs! The property is also only a couple years old and it looks brand new ! It was very clean and they have amenities like a restroom and water refill station. They also had carts i was able to use for a seamless move in. I am very pleased and excited for my storage unit. Troy and Janice went above and beyond with their customer service and made sure I understood my contract and was happy with my purchase. Troy also offered such great small talk which made move in more enjoyable! I recommend you book with this location! They are also running a really great and affordable promotion for February. If i could give a 10 ⭐️ review I would😊

THIS is the best storage by Far ...they helped me .. with new unit. I HAD WORST EXPERIENCE AT OTHER COMPANY. 😵 No carts Ever at last storage. THIS extra storage helped my budget. Prepared me estimate.. moving date. And 1..2...3.. got new smaller ..we'll lit.. unit. By far my frustration is over from leaving last storage company.. Happy days are here again Give em a call... Great first experience here at Extra Storage Space. Very few options for storage units in the area, but easily the best prices. Sign up process online was seemless and love that you can access all the gates from your phone. And the office staff are super friendly! Janice is always super friendly and enthusiastic to help with any questions and concerns that I had and made my moving out effortless. Will definitely come back here if the need for my storage comes again!

Who knew you could get such amazing customer service at a storage facility. Well Arturo Nunez is a ROCK STAR. Polite, efficient, helpful— great follow through and exceptional client service. It’s rare these days, but when you see it, it really makes such a big difference. Arturo helped me from beginning to end- getting the storage unit, providing me support moving my stuff in and out, and following up with any of my questions. I am super impressed, and I don’t impress easily. Thank you Arturo for your support.
