Ive had unit #569 for over a year now and I’ll be honest, im not the best with keeping up with paying my bills on time lol.. nonetheless I’ve always been reminded very friendly and politely by Roxane when my storage bill was due. Roxane has always been very helpful and professional when we’ve spoken over the phone and even more phenomenal customer service in person! Thank you Roxane for doing a great job!
