As an independent business owner I had the pleasure of working with Joselyn, Daniel, and Evelyn whenever I was contacted to come unlock units for locked out customers. They showed great integrity and respect to me for the services I provided for this facility as well as any assistance to make my jobs here easier and efficient. With the staff's compliments in mind, it is no wonder the facility itself is as good of a condition it is in. An excellent staff goes with an excellent facility and I can guarantee the services for storage here are among the better ones in the LA area for any well intentioned individuals. I am always looking forward to future work alongside the workers of this place.

Excellent facility. The place is very well kept. I have never seen a cleaner storage space. Parking area is clean and secure and staff is excellent and helpful. All around 5 star facility plus a bonus 5 more stars.

Had to switch units and needed to do it ASAP! was connected to a guy and he transferred me to the wrong department… (he was rude) then i got on the o ohone with another lady and still rude so i decided to show up in person. To my enjoyment Dazia was in the office and helped me. She was kind, informative and made me feel confident in my decision to continue to work with public storage! she needs a raise and all the kudos for her excellence customer service!
