Everything went well signing up with Daniel the first time I went to this facility, however in the following day when went to move my item to the storage unit I rented I had to wait about an hour for the on site person to open the office. She had locked up the office while inside at 4:00 in the afternoon. Later she claim she was at home Depot which I found hard to believe with her car still parked outside while she was gone. Two other people showed up and needed to get into the office and had left not having the patience. I found it very inconvenient having to wait for the office for the moving cart.

I rented a climate controlled unit here for about 5 years. It was an excellent place to keep a climate controlled unit as I had items such as my backup violin and computers that needed to stay in good condition. When it was time to move out, I simply gave a few days notice and spoke to the manager (Alexander Smith) and it was a seamless experience. Never had a single problem at this place, although I wish they did open past 9PM!

I don't usually write reviews but sometimes a place is really worth it. One of those places is Storage Etc in Chatsworth (Lassen St). The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, and their customer service is second to none. I feel very safe and secure there and James and Alex are fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. 5 star service across the board - highly recommended.

I stopped in Storage Etc. Chatsworth, and from the moment I did, I received outstanding customer service from Alex. He was friendly and informative. It is a terrific location for storage, safe and reliable. I also received follow up from James, who again was helpful and accommodating. If one needs to have a place to store with professionalism and courtesy, this is the place to go!

Was debating where to go for a storage unit but I'm glad I ended up here, James the manager was very helpful and friendly. Was worried about break ins but nothing happened while I was renting at this place. Clean, temperature control, different units with different sizes indoor and outdoor and they have a little flat car you can borrow.

The staff at Storage Inc. are exemplary, truly they have for all the years I've rented the storage facility, always without fail been helpful and pleasant and patient. No matter how many times I have difficulty with my lock, they stop and take the time to assist me. They aren't just there taking up space on the property. And last buy not least they are pleasant to talk to.
