⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Maria at Public Storage I want to take a moment to recognize Maria, the site manager at Public Storage. We recently had an issue with our storage unit, and Maria handled the situation with such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. From the moment we spoke with her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Maria goes above and beyond to keep the property in excellent condition. The entire facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. In fact, the bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen at any storage facility — it really speaks to the level of care she puts into the property. During a stressful situation for us, Maria was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. She took the time to listen and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone who delivers this level of customer service. Maria truly sets the standard. I can’t say enough good things about her and the care she puts into her job. Thank you, Maria!

My experience with Public Storage in Los Gatos was excellent. The manager, Maria, is always polite and helpful. If I ever had a question or there was a problem with my key, Maria was quick to help. She is the reason I chose this particular storage facility. Public Storage is lucky to have such a great employee to represent their company. I’ve been renting here for a while, and although the location is convenient, the frequent and significant rent increases are really frustrating. I’m currently paying almost $200 for a small unit, and despite reaching out to management, the only suggestion I’ve received was to downsize to an even smaller space. They said the price hikes are due to “supply and demand,” but it feels excessive and unfair especially since others I know renting through other Public Storages rarely get increases as often as I do. I’m disappointed because I like the location, but the constant rate hikes make it hard to stay. I wish they valued long term customers & offered more stable pricing.
