Adrian Spicer is the worst employee in the extra space storage. I was going to extend my storage. However ,due to the altercation with Adrian Spicer, I decided to leave the premises. Adrian made my life a hell! I was forced to leave because of Adrian. If you are white or black , you should be good treated well. Adrian is races to some Asian group. He makes rule that is not even on the contract. This should be discussed prior to signing the lease agreement. I rented at Extraspace before for parking spot in El Segundo but never had any issues with the worker. My job is to store my precious property in your storage not to get verbally harassed, insulted, and almost poked his finger on my eye. Adrian spittle went on my face while he was screaming and chiding me for not opening the door all the way. As I stated previously the rule was not discussed with me in writing neither verbally prior to signing the lease. I did not used up all the days I paid for the space. I was not able to sort out all the stuffs that I needed to work on. Adrian is an evil person. I am seeking to get my almost $2,000 I paid for the space. Adrian ousted me. That I need to vacate his storage space ( he is the owner now huh?!). The police were almost got called. I was just so busy on those days I came. I don’t have time to argue with a races individual! Kim Brian is the district manager. She does not care. Kim B refund my money. My life was in hell during the time I store my stuffs.

Rented a unit for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. Clean facility, plenty of carts, secured entry to all the doors and gates, staff is extremely friendly and always available. Extra space is my favorite storage company by far.

Fantastic experience here at the facility Always helpful and punctuality was top notch When my storage unit ended they politely refunded my monthly fee since I was moving out instead of keep the charge, George is the Man! And so is the Manager, both of them will 100% help you out whenever you need, much appreciated definitely recommend this spot 10/10 ✨

We needed a very large storage space (over 450 sq ft), and it was extremely difficult to find anything in the area—until we found Extra Space. It was a huge convenience for us, and the rate was great. George has been incredibly helpful and patient, guiding us through all the options to make sure we found the best fit at the lowest possible price. The team at this facility is excellent, and we truly appreciate their support.

Honestly at first I was a little caught off guard with the location, however after meeting the staff and the security measures with the units I was comfortable. George was great, he gave me the low downs and walked me through whole building. I’m now leaving the location, I have a new place to live and I’m going to refer everyone over here. Thank you George.
