I meant to leave a review when we first left there. Overall, not the worst place. The staff is friendly and signing up and canceling were easy. My only complaint was that my unit was not clean. After I think 5 months, I went to drop some stuff off and it looked like a mouse party in my unit. Mouse poop all over my things. It actually destroyed some of my things and I ended up throwing bags of clothes and other items away because the mouse infestation. I spoke to the Lady at the desk about it and she said another until stored food which caused the mice. I wish we were notified so I could have set up traps instead of letting them have at making homes in the stuff in my unit. She did give ne 2 traps after the fact and I still caught some mice in there. Luckily, she didn't have me clean it when we left. She was friendly enough and apologized for what happened. It still wasn't enough to keep our service, but hopefully they learned from it and inform people as soon as they have infestations.

They steal your money. Don't set up on automatic payments. I got a unit for $104 a month. Then, when I was checking my statement, I saw they were charging me $183 a month. When I called to complain, they claimed to have sent a letter and by not responding, I agreed to pay. I negotiated to $16 less a month and they were supposed to reimburse. Instead, they are now charging me $199 a month. This has been edited to be more accurate. I did speak with them and things were clarified, claiming that they received return mail as they entered my address incorrectly. Yet, they had texted me regarding my insurance, so I don't see why they couldn't text me about rent increase confirmation. Still an unjustified 60.58% increase with no justification. Increased to 2 stars for staff.

Amazing customer service. Taylor was amazing and so helpful. The facility is really clean with very clean units. I would highly recommend this storage facility for safety and security cleanliness dnd the best customer service.

Omg me an my hubby were in town at house an storage location stop to see a couple units the management Taylor has great customer service . Place clean smells good were military family thank you taylor for his help we were lost at first
