Rafael and Sergio were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our move-in so smooth truly white glove service at a storage facility, which is crazy and so rare. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always open to assisting with anything we needed. They even offered us water and gave my nephew treats, which made the whole experience extra thoughtful. We’re so happy we found this location and look forward to continuing our experience with them. Highly recommend SmartStop, especially with Rafael and Sergio on the team!

Absolutely the most painless process ever Thanks to a gentleman named Sergio. How thorough he was, was perfection!! From what to expect before reaching the facility to not get a speeding ticket to how the neighbors rent here so if you see someone walking across the street and gaining access to the facility is not to be concerning. Just fantastic service from A to Z. Very pleasant very calm. Gives you hope that customer service is not dead and there are people Like Sergio out there. It’s probably very few and far between but they do exist!! Thank you Bro.

This place is great the location and hours are absolutely convenient, it's clean, does not have a funky smell plus the staff is super nice. Opening and closing the account was eazy breezy. Plus they are very mindful of how important our things can be since I forgot some items when I would rush out. Rafael was nice enough to save them for me. I will definitely be using this storage facility again. Thanks guys! 👍
