It's been a beautiful experience so far! It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares especially when you’re going through a tough time, but I found that at Extra Space Storage thanks to Maria. One day I was overwhelmed and emotional, just sitting in my car, and she took the time to check on me and make sure I was okay. That alone meant so much. Maria has helped me through multiple transitions, including getting set up with a third unit when I needed it most. She made sure the process was smooth and never made me feel like I was just another customer. She even calls each month just to help ensure my billing goes through and I don’t get hit with late fees. Who does that? She’s always kind to my kids, opens the restrooms for us, and even offers water when we’re stopping by. She goes above and beyond with heart. Between the clean, secure facility and the genuine hospitality, this is hands down the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Maria and team, for making a hard season a little easier.

Literally came here at 1 closed for lunch came back at 445pm doors locked. Lady sitting at front desk and wont open the door. I call she answers says they are in a meeting "I call you in 10min to let you in". I mean extra storage space must be killing sales. The lack of effort is wild.
