The staff is super nice and so are the phone agents! Property is clean enough and spaces are affordable. The only downside is no lights on property but gate closes at 9 and during winter months it’s gets dark early, so it’s quite difficult to do much after dark.

I rented a storage unit here for four months and at first had no problems. Kevin was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the overall experience has been terrible. On a Friday night, my unit was broken into and about half of my belongings were stolen. When I asked about video footage, I was told that the cameras were not working at all. I called three times requesting a manager to call me back, but I never received a return call. After speaking with a few other tenants, it seems theft at this facility is not unusual. That’s extremely concerning. The purpose of paying for storage is security and peace of mind, but this facility provided neither. It feels no different than if I had left my things on the street for anyone to take. Very disappointing and a horrible experience overall. I cannot recommend this storage facility.

Yesterday I rented a storage from containment and Kevin the owner our manager was a great, awesome guy great hospitality and great customer service. I will refer you guys to any other people that I know.

I have rented a couple times from this storage facility. I have never had any problems from renting here. Their prices are reasonable. I know my stuff is safe here. The on site manager (Kevin) is awesome, he is the nicest guy to talk to. Very knowledgeable. Go see Kevin if you need a storage space or a vehicle space.
