The lady that signed me up in the store in Oakdale California was hella friendly. Hell and I really cool just down to earth normal there's not much else I had to say about it so far I just put my stuff in there. They're actually was some dirt and debris in my unit when we checked it out for the first time and she brought a broom and swept it up for me. Made sure I had two locks because my particular storage unit was how do I say, it had two small doors but it was a bigger unit. So she gave me two locks for both doors. Made sure I knew how to operate it. Cool local place to rent from.

This transaction, the conversation, and the convenience of everything was unbelievable. Not only did I reserve my unit online, but they were so pleasant. I was able to open an account online, get 50% off for first 3 months, but there was no admin fee, or forced extra renters insurance. Plus, they furnished my lock. Super duper service. They are only open from noon until 5 pm, but.. they are installing electric gates so that customers can come and go as they need. I seriously have not dealt with any business that ran so smoothly and I would recommend Purely Storage to anyone. #impressed Thank you, J Wilkinson

Over priced for the condition and access of the storage units. The front gates can be breached without much effort, and the alarm system does little other than to annoy you. Police do not respond to the alarm. Hours are as posted, and you cannot gain access to your unit until noon weekdays, and closed weekends. To access on weekends you must coordinate with the manager, but do not expect promptness or communication from them. Oh yeah new gate features are coming soon, best to just find a better alternative for your storage
