Everything was great, service was fine, never had a problem for 6 months before they hit us with a surprise rate increase of 73%. No warning, no heads up, just pulled an extra $73 ontop of the $100 we paid for a room with some stuff in it.

Keith helped me at the San Pablo location in downtown Oakland and was super clear and helpful with the renting process. Awesome guy. Make sure you bring your own lock though, but you can purchase one here as well!
