I have had a wonderful experience with Bryant Circle Mini-Storage. The whole process has been top notch. Best mini-storage ever. Great customer service - they answered tons of questions and talked me through my options. They even price-matched the unit I wanted. Move-in was super easy - they give you a truck on a complimentary basis which came in really handy. I mostly interacted with Luke, but there was a young lady there who seemed equally wonderful. Honestly, it has been a real pleasure. Bryant Circle Mini-Storage Owners: great job on your hiring and training.

I've been a tenant for a couple of years now and never had any issues. The facility is clean, secured, and has a good amount of parking space, allowing you to unload close to your unit. Onboarding was easy with most of the process being completed through their website. Highly recommend even if you are located outside of Ojai

10/10 would recommend prices are great and I never feel my stored belongings are unsafe. Always clean and easy to access when I need to. Been using BCMS for 5 years now and I’ve got no complaints.

Bryant Circle Mini Storage was the best! The front desk people were so friendly and accommodating. They have a move-in truck and other helpful equipment to help make your move much easier! I definitely recommend them!
