I was greeted with a smile by Kaazen Who was filling in temporarily at this Particular location. He was very helpful and very kind and drove me around until I found the perfect storage for me! He was dressed like a gentleman and has an amazing smile that makes you feel welcomed! This Storage facility is very clean and very well maintained! This facility also has a moving truck that you are allowed to use which is extremely helpful and an extra benefit! I highly recommend them as your next choice for your storage!

Outback Self Storage is close to our house. Their being single story makes it really handy to use indoor units with any of the free 4-wheel carts that are spread around inside each building. It's also really nice that they have a box truck that you can use for free to move in, up to 60 miles & just bring it back full of gas. The units are all individually burglar alarmed and your personal gate code turns OFF the alarm when you come in and then it turns it back ON when you open the gate to leave. That's really cool! The buildings are all fire sprinklered too, down the hallway and in the units, which is a good thing, but you'd better have any important stuff plastic wrapped.🙂

Linda is the Manager and has great communication! The process was very easy. They love Chapman students and take great care of them. When we went to move in on the weekend, Linda was not there, but Greg was. The initial unit we secured was not large enough, so Greg dropped everything and found us a larger unit right away! They also honored the great prices they quoted us from the start. I highly recommend Outback Storage in the Orange, CA area, especially if you are a student looking to store your items for the summer!
