This is an incredibly clean and well-run facility in a convenient location within town. Christopher is very friendly, thorough with sharing information regarding your unit and cares about his customers. This is the only place to put your things in Palm Springs.

I’ve used this storage facility twice during my years in Palm Springs. The entire place is extremely clean, you can tell by how nice the bathroom is! My first unit was not climate controlled, but my second unit was. Trust me when I say, there is an immense difference between the two. My first unit was used for just a couple months, but during that time there was some fire beetle invasion in PS, and there were dead beetles everywhere inside my unit. On top of that, everything was covered in dust/sand, and things that I didn’t even know could melt were melted. Contrast that with my second unit, which was so clean after two years of use, and no heat damage to any of my property. The staff have all been amazing, especially the current manager. Paperwork and all that other dull stuff is quick and easy. He’s also super friendly.

This place is clean and well organized. The customer service is great. We had some gate issues after hours and the customer service helped us in no time. Chris was also very friendly and efficient every step of the way. We were grateful for him during a stressful move. We will definitely be back.
