We stopped by West Coast Self-Storage towards the end of the day to see if we could just pick up a brochure. Kelli welcomed us in, showed us around and was so delightful, friendly and helpful. Meeting her, our decision was made. The facility is clean, well kept, climate controlled, pest control measures taken seriously with no issues. This was an easy decision for us. Bright, well lit, safe, convenient location. But the people, as always, really make the difference. Top notch!

Everything was GREAT!! I think her name is Kelly (forgive me if I am mistaken). She was WONDERFUL!! She was very thorough on everything and so, so friendly. The place was so clean. So glad I found them and the rates are very affordable. Don't think you can find a better deal in Palm Springs than this place. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD, 2 THUMBS UP AND AN A+ For West Coast Storage.

Kelli G at West Coast Storage in Palm Springs was THE BEST!! This was my first time renting a storage unit, and Kelli helped me select the best option for my needs and situation. She worked with me to find the best affordable deal, and was overly accommodating in making sure I got exactly what was best for me. The facility is brand new, temp controlled, spotless and easily accessible. Lots of carts and dollies to help transport things in and out, and a huge covered portico to accommodate a large moving truck. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
