I had been stressing trying to find a storage that wasn't going to cist a fortune. After esearching many storage units for best prices and location, I made a reservation for a different storage facility. On my way there I decided to try CubeSmart first and am happy I did. The service I received was great! Dre was polite, personalable, and worked to get me the best deal. I left feeling relieved and a lot less stressed knowing I wasn't paying a fortune every month. I have been Do you think you’re smart since it was Storage West, about 8 yrs. I’ve gotten to know Catalina and you need to know that she is one of the best people I’ve ever dealt with in this type of business. She is not only great at her job, But she cares about people, on an individual basis. She goes above and beyond she is always happy and cheerful. I personally don’t think it’s fair that people that have been with you so long have to inquire so many fee raises, but I think that Catalina deserves a raise!

I would like to Thank Catalina and DeAndre as well as Management, you all have been a true definition of great Customer Service my daughter and I have been customers for two years going on three. The things that you all store for us are very precious and memorable to us. Our home caught on fire and we were only able to save very few items which CubeSmart stores for us not only that you all have been a safe haven for us. Your location is clean and secure after the fire we became homeless, having somewhere to keep our belongings removed so much stress. We left and went to Vegas for a year, I struggled to make the payment, bc it was new to me and I was trying to find stable ground and they continue to work with me. I had to come back from Vegas due to my dad being ill, last minute and yet again, CubeSmart storage stood on providing great customer service. My daughter and I are very thankful. They’re also located next to a really cute park where we would go and walk our puppy and kill time before they opened beautiful area.

I have stayed with CubeSmart because I really like the experience I have had, until someone broke into my unit. The police told me this happens all the time it seems staff is in on it. Not this location. But they did not, do not care! They were not helpful as far as turning over evidence/pictures/information.

My experience with CubeSmart has been an utter nightmare, characterized by deceptive practices and deplorable customer service. I rented a unit with an initial rate of $333, only to have it suddenly and unjustifiably increase to $457. This is a classic "bait and switch," a tactic numerous other customers have also reported. When I challenged the price hike on October 17th, the on-site manager claimed I was notified via mail, but when pressed, admitted the address was incorrect and sent a belated email right in front of me. She made an empty promise to contact a manager for a lower rate, and predictably, I never received the promised call or text. After going in again, with five days left in my rental period, she offered false assurances, claiming I had a ten-day grace period to move out. This was another lie. On November 6th, well within the supposed grace period, I was denied access to my unit. The manager, suddenly unhelpful, backtracked on her word and claimed the "grace period" was only for payment, not access. The lack of integrity and blatant dishonesty is astounding. The manager continuously blamed her unresponsive district manager, Tomas Polanco Saucedo, for the lack of follow-up and resolution. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer well-being is staggering. This company preys on the vulnerability of its customers, trapping them with excessive and unpredictable rate increases after a low initial rate. They use deceptive communication and a culture of unaccountability to avoid responsibility, with corporate representatives ignoring complaints. If you are considering CubeSmart, be aware of their predatory and unethical practices. I have been treated with disrespect and dishonesty at every turn
